   All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation is received. Custom mirrors may require longer processing time, and the specific time will be provided when placing an order.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
   Standard Shipping: ETA is 5 business days for most non-custom products.
4. Tracking Your Order
   After shipment, you will receive a notification via email with a waybill number, which you can use to track the status of your package on the corresponding courier company’s website.
5. Damaged or Lost Goods
   In the rare case that your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will arrange compensation or re-shipment as soon as possible.
